Get preferred access to public art opportunities in Monrovia and throughout the region.

Receive info on paid teaching opportunities, individual art grants, and art show opportunities throughout the region.

Market yourself through MAFA social media and local print media.

Get further exposure by posting your listing in the Artist Directory on the MAFA website.

MAFA is a professional community. To join, artists must submit samples of their work, and if accepted, then pay membership dues ($36, $15 for students) for the year.

YOU DON’T HAVE TO BE AN ARTIST TO BECOME A MEMBER!

We have Volunteer Memberships available at the same level as an Artist Membership. You will receive all the benefits of being an artist member and we will acknowledge your name on this site. You’ll receive our newsletters, invitations, correspondence and opportunities, plus the benefit of knowing that you have contributed to a growing, highly esteemed arts organization and are supporting arts education in the region.
